Material Specifications: Made of Q235/Q355 high-quality carbon steel, conforming to national steel standards. Features high tensile strength and good toughness. Material grade can be selected according to actual requirements to suit signboards of different sizes and weights.
Surface Finish: Hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating thickness of ≥86μm, uniform in color, free from missed plating, peeling, or color difference. Additional powder coating is optional for enhanced corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
Product Structure: Mainly tapered poles and straight poles. Flange dimensions, pole height, and pole diameter can be customized according to installation conditions. Comes with brackets, clamps, and other accessories, suitable for single, double, or multiple sign installations. Easy to install.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing Core Process: Utilizes high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing, immersing the steel pole into molten zinc to form a strong metallurgical bond between the zinc layer and the steel surface, completely isolating air and moisture from the steel. Customizable Adaptation: Pole height (2m–15m), diameter, flange dimensions, bracket angle, etc., can be customized according to customer-provided drawings, load requirements, and installation scenarios.
