Material Specifications: Made of Q235/Q355 high-quality carbon steel, conforming to national steel standards. Features high tensile strength and good toughness. Material specifications can be customized according to display screen size, weight, and installation height to meet load requirements for different display tonnages, suitable for single, dual, or multiple screen installations.
Surface Finish: Hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating thickness of ≥86μm, uniform in color, free from missed plating, peeling, or color difference. Additional powder coating is optional (color customizable) to further enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetics, suitable for long-term use in urban outdoor, coastal, rainy, and other environments.
Product Structure: F-type pole design (main pole + side arm). The side arm angle is customizable to suit display screen orientation. The pole incorporates an embedded anti-slip climbing ladder. Equipped with matching flange plates, display screen brackets, clamps, cable conduits, and an optional maintenance platform. Cabling is neat, and the ladder facilitates later inspection and maintenance of the display screen. Easy to install with a compact structure.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing Core Process: Utilizes high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing, immersing the pole, ladder, and accessories into molten zinc to form a strong metallurgical bond between the zinc layer and the steel surface, completely isolating air and moisture from the steel. This fundamentally prevents corrosion, making it suitable for harsh outdoor environments such as coastal, rainy, salt-laden, and high-humidity areas, ensuring long-term stable operation of the display screen.
Sturdy and Durable Structure: Manufactured through precision cutting, CNC bending, seamless welding, flaw detection, and other processes. The F-type pole features uniform stress distribution, with smooth and strong welds free from slag inclusion or porosity. The climbing ladder adopts an anti-slip step design, seamlessly connected to the pole with strong load-bearing capacity. Withstands strong winds, heavy rain, snowstorms, lightning, and other natural weather conditions. Reserved load margins for display screen installation and maintenance.
